Acceptable use

Use the bot and dashboard lawfully and in line with the Telegram and Discord platform terms. Don’t use it to harass, spam, distribute malware, or post illegal content. Community admins are responsible for moderating their own communities.

Service & availability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and rate-limit or remove abusive accounts or communities.

Paid plans, billing & cancellation

Paid plans are billed per community via Stripe on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard’s billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. There’s a free tier, so you can evaluate the product before paying.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
